Quick help needed - printing a webpage

Hello all,

I need to print off a confirmation email from a secure website - every time I try to do so, it only prints the basic text of the page, which sadly removes my name from the page making it utterly useless.

I want to print a web page as I literally see it in front of me, as if i have transferred the webpage to a piece of paper. It simply will not work for me in either firefox or internet explorer. Please help, this is incredibly frustrating and fairly urgent!

I managed to sort it in the end by the hand of convenient web developer! She somehow disabled the webpage's automatic print settings so i could print what I wanted - clever girl [/Jurassic Park]
