quick help with router setup plz

hi all, a friend has asked me to help them setting up a router/modem onto their pc. at present they are on broadband but not wireless.
i have a speedtouch 576 wireless modem/router (kindly donated by aol)

my question is, they are on PIPEX homecall, will this modem be ok still?
also, do i just plug the router into their main pc, let the pc recognise it, and type in the router addy and set it up?
or is it best to uninstall their existing modem first (usb) as i dont want it trying to connect up to the net via that?

please help, cos i would like it to be a 5 minute job, lol

HI ALL, ive been to the house and plugged the router in and all the lights came on. but for the speedtouch 576 router/modem, what http:// addy should i be typing out?
as i obviously couldnt get connected.
i have no setup disc for the router as it came from aol, and im trying to set it all up for pipex

it feels like im talking to myself about this, is anybody out there on pipex that can help me out (well my m8 actually)

im just wanting to know what addy do i enter to get to the speedtouch setup page, what username and password

and where can i find details about pipex setup for the router?

and finally will i have any setup issues, if the existing usb modem remains installed (ie, it trying to connect via that instead of the router)
