quick heroes question

i havent been on any sites as i didnt want any spoilers

just finished watching season 1 and am about to start with season 2

i have a couple of questions

no spoilers please


1. is there only 11 episodes in season 2? [i take it has something to do with the writers strike]

2. is season 3 in the works?

i would go and find this stuff out elsewhere but am trying really hard to avoid spoilers

Season 2 was gonna consist of 13 eps chapter 2 & 13 eps Chapter 3 however because of the writers strike they had to wrap chapter two up early (hence the sudden end) and have chapter three go into season 3

Yep September 22nd it airs in US. Triple bill (one catch up and two new)

Really, really looking forward to the new season, I've just started watching the first season on HD-DVD, brilliant experience, going to have to get a PS3 for blu ray season 2 goodness

not a spolier, but the effects in S2 are really laughable in places.

Heroes is my least favourite show that I watch..
