Quick hotmail question

Is there an option anywhere to let you download your emails to your PC, maybe as an XML file or something?

I can't see an option like this anywhere.

The only way of doing this I believe is to use an Email Client directly on your computer.
Outlook Express, Windows Mail/ Windows Live Mail.
