Quick HP Care Pack Question

Asking here because there must be people around that deal with HP Care Packs on a regular basis.

I recently had a HP monitor (LP2475w) replaced that was covered by a Post Warranty Care Pack (excellent service BTW). I now have a monitor that's still covered but has the wrong serial number.

When I had one of these monitors replaced a couple of years ago I eventually managed to find the correct website and obtained a revised certificate. This time I've drawn a blank.

Any suggestions? I'd like to get things straight before the current extension expires as I'll probably be extending again if the cost is sensible.

Only really handed Care Packs for ProLiants but this page says:

Q. How do I modify or delete product(s) covered by my HP Care Pack?

A. HP does not allow Care Pack product coverage to be modified or deleted after registration. If an existing product is registered incorrectly, please contact the HP Care Pack registration support team for assistance.

I've now spoken to HP support and they're hopefully getting it sorted. We shall see...
