Quick K800i SMS Question

Hey guys, just ordered a silver K800i, and was wondering on its SMS capacity? I'm a big txter and hate running out of inbox space easily! I'm assuming you can't use a portion of the memory card as SMS storage, but i was wondering if anyone had a figure/rough guesstimate on the number the inbox will hold? Phone should be here tomorrow and i'm excited!! :D

i reached this the other day and i think it would have been around 3-400 txts in both the inbox and sent msg folder
 
Yeah was gonna say it's way more than 300-400!

1000 standard length messages (<161 char)

Lags to high hell when its full and you try to read the old ones, though =)

Do you experience any text lag at all when typing? thats the feature i LOVE about my D600 (after having laggy motorolas) is the fact that even at 400+ chars in a message it doesn't lag in the slightest! :)

None at all on my K750i. And the K800i is a newer phone so I doubt there's going to be a decrease in performance ;)

I ment 3-400 in each of the folders inbox and sent messages :p just didnt word it very well lol plus i send quite a few 2-3txt msg length msgs, so i wasnt far off
 
ooh ooh! one last question...custom SMS tones, doable on this phone? :D

O2 said Silver K800i's are on back order, might not get till tuesday now :(
