Quick Maestro

So do Renault and Peugeot who are still owned by the French Government. Rarely see anyone complaining or pulling them up for it.

You missed my point. People were saying Fiat is better than Rover becuase they didnt go under, when they really only escaped going under becuase the Italian Government stepped in..

I'd usually say something about how the British government should have done so with Rover, but I just don't think Rover were worth saving by that point. :D

You quote the Fiat Punto GT as being a better car than the maestro? I dont think so mate. You won't listen to reason about it, so i'm not going to argue. You're wrong, period. The one fault maestros did in fact have was rust, and i think you'll find your little tin italian lawnmower shoebox will also suffer from that.

The MG Turbo maestro was one of the best cars in class at the time, and still has a huge fanbase today.
