Quick money making

It wasn't without realising it was a case of not putting enough aside! I work full time already in a day job.
To be honest just thinking of getting a loan and consolidating everything into one monthly payment. Although i'll be paying it off for around 4 years at the rate i'm earning!!!

Do you do your own accounting? Does this money you earn extra make up for most of your income? If so, is some of this money on account for next year?

yep this tax bill has been checked over. Silly of me not to keep too many reciepts as i could have claimed them back on my tax...Got to fill this years in which is about 2k. I have a reciept for my telly should i put that towards it?

Nah fraud is probably not the best way to get yourself out of trouble! Unless you use the telly for business related activities of course.

This is capital expenditure not an expense.. i would seriously seek the advice of a tax accountant before you go any further. I would also contact HMRC and disclose this to them. They maybe able to help.

I also asked if this money was a majority of your yearly income. I think if it makes up to 80%, then you'll have to pay 50% of next years up front (or on account) Catches a lot of self employed people out.

no it doesn't make up the majority but i think even so they will ask for the 50% up front

Go to local high street.

Stand beside a sign that says "kick me in the balls for £10"

Spread legs. Open wallet.

wear a cup, and for added giggles, stick a couple of cheery tomatos to the outside and watch the faces of horror as the kicker thinks they've decimated your nads *requires some acting to make it convinging* but you're apparently an actor, so go get some pratice in ;):p

Phone The Sun

Tell them you slept with Jordan and caught swine flu from her dirty kitchen counter where you boinked her

???????

If you're good at crafts, you could set up Christmas card business on eBay. It's time consuming and you may only get £1.25 per card but will prove a sideline for you if you already have lots of craft materials.

If you've got a CSCS card there's normally temporary work available in construction, pays about £8-10 an hour and offers very long hours. You'd struggle to raise several grand quickly this way.

Any chance you're good at poker?

That's about it for legal ideas from me, and I'm not sure I can suggest illegal ones on a family forum.
