OK all i have done is manually set mem voltage to 1.5 applied the maximum ram thing so i get 1600mhz ram set my cpu voltage to 1.330v and clock speed to 4.6ghz running fine in Prime hitting 67c after about 30 mins of prime but temp thn goes 66/67 everything else is on auto. what do u think ? temps ok ? only core 3 (out of 0, 1, 2, 3) get that high the other 3 cores are about 55c

Looks good, what about dropping the vcore a bit? Plec's sig has his at 4.4 at 1.19v. Seen other posts with people stable at 1.3v at 4.5/4.6. I've just installed and am running at 4GHz at 1.2 without problem, going to try pushing it at weekend.

if i drop the voltage it wont post into windows every time and if i do get in after 15 mins of prime i get a BSOD :mad:

I'm running now at 4.5ghz at 1.26v if drop it I get BSOD but if I run it at 4.7ghz I need a min of 1.36v.
Your tens are fine.
