Mate is setting up an office network in his new premises.
Part of the lease of the offices is to include broadband access throughout the building and they have been given a Buffalo "One Touch" router.
He only got the router late this afternoon so its not installed and set up yet.
The router will be attached to the main PC via a cable.
There are 4 other PC's in the office, all with Belkin USB adapters.
Will the Belkin USB's work with the "One Touch" AOSS system?.
I'm thinking they wont?. They would need to be Buffalo USB adapters?.
I assume if this is indeed the case that it would just be a case of going into the Buffalo router settings, finding the WPA key that it has created and manually adding them so the Belkins work?.
Sorry to be so vague, but I just know he is going to be phoning me tomorrow morning from the office saying "HALP!!!!.....I cant get this to work!!!".
Having no experience of this AOSS or indeed, Buffalo routers, I thought I would post here, just in case there is anything I need to know as a sort of "heads up" on the whole thing.
Thanks in advance for any help.
