sorry new to pc gaming, had consoles for years so am not to clued up on whats out on the pc. i have tried a google search and dont really get very far as im not enitrely sure what genre this comes into, but basically, are there any games similar to tekken for the pc, i have found a few streetfighter games, but i am after something more along the tekken lines. sorry for such a stupid question.

will have a look at it, is it still in the old 2d style, or have they ventured into 3d?

also are there any decent boxing games like fight night, or cage fighting like UFC?

UFC only on the xbox or PS3 mate, think its the only MMA game out there. Not sure what the new EA game will be on, more than likely xbox and PS3 again -.-

got an xbox360 and ps3 aswell, just hoping to get rid of the 360 and concentrate more on the pc, but looking like the pc isnt as gamer orientated as i thought :(

Yes, online :(
I was going to suggest Zeno Clash but it's nothing like tekken so I really don't know why <shrug>

Give google a go, you never know.

not sure but it's been like it for years now so doubt it will change. sports games are nearly always console based, like strat games nearly always being pc based.

i guess, but surely the pc has the capability of being a lot better than consoles, which is why i decided to go for a gaming pc. oh well, might just have to hang on to the 360 aswell.

aye no doubt but the they will sell 10mil copies of fifa on xbox and say 500k on pc (figures made up in my head)

But anyway, enjoy some fps games, some strat games, mmo's etc etc and enjoy your new pc, all this console talks making me a feel a little queezy

If you come to PC gaming to enjoy sports games then you'll be disappointed. PC gaming excels in FPS, RTS and MMO games.

mainly play football, racing and fighting games. trying to get into fps now i have a pc but would have been ideal to of had everything on one system.
how do pc versions compare with console games like GTA, resident evil, lego batman/starwars/indiana jones.... and just in general, i assume things like fallout, left 4 dead etc will be better on pc as the keyboard/mouse combo is more suited than a controller.

Only played GTA and Resident Evil but I definitely preferred playing them on my gaming set-up :) Better graphics, faster and customisable.
