MOT on a Ford Ka.

Passenger door doesnt open from outside, door handle link snapped. Fixing this but can't get part in time for MOT.

Opens fine from inside.

Failure or?

It's a prerequisite of the MOT that all the doors can be opened...

And according to direct.gov, the front doors need to open from the outside and the inside in oerder to pass.

FAIL!

But will they check it?, or just check the seatbelts when they clamber in the drivers seat?.
