I have been looking at SSD's also. From my research I would go for the Crucial M4. It has the higher performing syncronous NAND and has far less issues than the Sandforce SSD's.
Although the read/write speeds appear inferior on the M4, I believe the difference is minimal in real world performance.

I would (and did) go for the M4 64GB over the Agility 3. As pBay mentions it is a quick drive and there do seem to be some problems with the new sandforce controller the agility 3 uses.
