Quick P67 motherboard questions

Hello. I currently have a Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4.

Due to other hardware in case, I moved my GPU to the bottom 2.0 slot. Nothing is occupying the top 2.0 slot. Am I right in saying that I am being limited to x8 or do both slots operate at 16x? The only information I can find is that both cards operate at x8 if you go Crossfire/SLI.

Lastly, I am going to be purchasing a express card soon and the requirement is that my motherboard needs to have a PCI Express x1 Gen2 slot. I know I have x1 slots but do I have x1 Gen 2 slots on my board? I can't find it specifically stating this.

Gen2 means 2.0 - so you have it.
And I think card will work at x8 speed, as in manual and BIOS this slot is called "x8", it's probably that reason. Launch GPU-Z and check "bus interface".
