Quick PC 2 TV Q

Ok ive got a lot of media on my hdd atm and i wanna watch it on my tv, is there a way i can just plug my comp straight into the tv? its just ** average tv with your average inputs, scart etc...

im a bit of a noob to this kinda stuff

What outputs does your graphics card have ?
What inputs does your TV have ?

infact now that ive had a look, it cant actually fit in anywhere
