Quick photoshop help

I'm ok with photoshop, just need some help finding a tutorial.

I need to put a logo on the side of a van and while I am still currently googling a tut, was wondering if someone has a guide in the favorites

As in put a logo on a van within PS or to actually design a real sign to be cut and applied to the side of the van.

You're not too clear on what exactly you want bud is all..
 
Post up the 2 images so that we all know exactly what you mean, then someone can do it for you and explain exactly how it was done. :)

Like this maybe:

All I done was to open both images in Photoshop, copy and paste the logo onto the van (edit>copy logo>paste logo onto the van) then goto: edit>transform>distort>then move the image about to fit the desired area. Then flatten to allow it to be saved as jpg.
 
The quick mock-up I did was really simple tbh. I just opened both of the images in photoshop (logo and van pic) and dragged the logo over onto the picture of the van.
Depending on what angle the actual image of the van you'll be using was taken at, you'll probably have to play around with rotatations, sizing, opacity, blending options etc...just so that the logo doesn't look as if its just been stuck on (the logo should follow, and show, the contours of the van picture underneath). I hope that makes sense? Sorry if it doesn't but I've got a killer hangover at the moment and I probably haven't described it in the best detail.

I never bothered with fading etc but perhaps I should have done. I just done the one above quickly to give you an impression of what it may look like.

I think they just want an idea so I don't need to be to fancy

Oh one last question the logo needs to be able to be blown up to fit the van. I have save it a a .edp (vector i believe) so when I open it I can set the size.........................have I do that right???
