Quick photoshop question!

I'm useless at photoshop, i need a bit of help

Im trying to photoshop my car so it has alloy wheels, now i've found a picture of another car with the wheels.

How do i get a to b?

you will need to cut out the alloys and replace them over your wheels, if you are new to photoshop probably the easiest tool to use would be the Polygon Lasso Tool to cllick around the alloys

then a matter of copy and paste and positioning

managed to cut them out, how can you position them, resize and colour?

It's pasted the cut out image, but i cant see to do anything with it ?

aha once i've got it in the image, press v to use the other layers and then ctrl t to alter the image
