Quick physics question.

h.ro.g = 50 * 1100 * 9.81 = 5.39550x10^5

pressure at 50 m = above + pressure at surface = 6.40550x10^5

p1 v1 / t1 = p2 v2 / t2

1.01x10^5 * .05 / 300 = 6.40550x10^5 * v / 285

=> v = 7.4895 x 10^-3

Or pretty close !

Get In. I'm not that dumb i got most of the stuff that was going down in here albeit took a bit of time, damn glad i got to drop this when i got to college

I'm a long way out of education but wouldnt a full answer require you to state all your assumptions?
Constant mass of gas, Temp at equilibruim with its surroundings etc? H2 being a good aproximation for an ideal gas under the temps and pressures used.

As my old Thermo lecturer used to say allot scientists make assumptions engineers make things work.
