Quick Q regarding DFI mobo and cpu

Hi, will this combo be ok, I'm a little out of the loop with building pc's so just want to make sure this will be ok

DFI Infinity nF UltraII-M2/G (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ 2.00GHz (Socket AM2) - Retail

will this be ok, not really bothered about overclocking, and can you also recommend a heatsink and fan for the chip something reasonably quiet but not over expensive

Should be fine, theres not much in the way of coolers for the AM2's, but this one is a cracker.
