Quick Q: Whats the diffrence?

Cant see any timings on the second link.

I'm building a 3700X so assume I should go with the Ryzen tuned set?

Perceived wisdom is that you should be using 3600MHz memory with Ryzen 3000. That memory will probably do 3600MHz but will need more than just enabling XMP to get it there.
