'save as' isn't visible on the context menu as the HTML coding has disabled it for that picture. What you have to do (in Firefox) is click on Tools > Page Info, navigate to the media tab and the full size picture is halfway down on that list. It can also be used against web pages that have disabled the right mouse button.

I just viewed page source and grabbed the url from there, noticed it was lightbox
