Quick question, 20" widescreen screen height

Hey,

Basically how large vertically is a 20" widescreen TFT compared to that of a 19" CRT. I am just curious since I will be using them as dual monitors and all.

smaller

20" = about 27cm
19" = about 34cm

actually, compared to a 19" crt, my belinea 20.1 wide is identical with regards the actual viewable screen height - its pretty similar in height to a 17" tft

nope, I said compared to a 19" CRT, the viewable height of the 20.1" wide TFT is almost identical, I think there is about a 3mm difference. The pic you posted was of a 19" TFT, so obviously the viewable area of that is bigger
