Quick question about domain registration

Basically there's a domain I want, now I've been keeping an eye on it as it has been unused. (Registered by never used)

After a whois I get this

Relevant dates:
Registered on: 16-Mar-2005
Renewal date: 16-Mar-2011
Last updated: 05-May-2009

Question is when will this be available for me to register, I vaguely remember 90 days for some reason.

Just wondered if anyone can confirm

Renewal process summary

• Renew up to six months in advance
• Your registrar will generally send you reminders
• On the expiry date a Nominet reminder is sent
• 23 days after expiry a suspension warning is sent
• 30 days after expiry a suspension notification is sent; you can still renew your domain name through your registrar
• 83 days after expiry a cancellation warning is sent; you can still renew your domain name
• Cancelled 90 days after expiry date; the domain is then available for anyone else to register
