All im wondering is do "Good" internet providers send the internet through your phone line in constant streams?
Because when i look at my wireless router, the internet light flickers amazingly. all the time, and i often disconnect from the internet until it checks the DSL thingy again.
So If TLDR; Is Internet supposed to be constant, or is it sent in packets?
