Quick question about memory comparability.

Yes. The thing is I used to be a quality assurance tester and spent a lot of time with many VMs open. Now, i'm not so I don't need it so much. Now my PC is used for programming and gaming, so I don't need much memory capacity, but the speed matters more.

I figured I have to sell some of my current memory as it is 6 cards and I have only space for 4, so I might as well sell it all together.

The memory you linked to looks good and is a bit cheaper than the Corsair memory. However (and I know this is probably bad of me to think like this), every time I have bought corsair I haven't had a problem. My PSU, memory and case have lasted years without a problem. As soon as I strayed, I had 2 faulty PSUs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFnTDPJL1y8) and some faulty OCZ memory (Which had to be RMA'd 3 times, shipping to the Netherlands each time). Part of me just trusts Corsair, although it's probably irrational.

Hmm, thats not bad at all. I'll have a think about it today, I also have to find a buyer for my 24gb triple channel memory.

I know I just got stung on a few bad units, everyone said the super flower PSUs were great and the ocz gold I had, just unlucky. I actually like that these have been used and tested, so they shoudnt have any problems. I'll have a think.

I'm a bit confused, does that motherboard support quad channel memory? I bought it along with an i5 4690
