Quick question - best value quiet P4 cooler?

A friend of mine is after a quiet cooler for his socket 768 P4 3.0Ghz cpu. Budget is around £20. Doesn't need to be amazing, just quiet and capable of cooling the CPU (no overclocking).

Advice greatly appreciated! :)

d'you mean socket 478? there isn't a 768 socket :confused:

i'd say ThermalRight XP-90 or the Zalman CNPS7700-CU...
the Vapochill Micro range is supposed to be good too, but i haven't seen their P4 tests only the ones released cross-platform (i.e. fits both AMD and Intel machines).
