quick question, cable router with wireless

im in need of a cable router that can connect atleast 3 pcs via a cable and then also has atleast 1 wireless connection. does the one below do that? probably sounds like a stupid question im just concerned that it is actualyl able to connect 4 pcs wirelessly and not wired. If it does can anyone reccomend the best one for around £40? thanks
