Yes, but ideally you want matched drives. If you do intend to RAID non-identical disks, make sure they have the same specs e.g. disk cache etc to avoid sync problems. With RAID0, you don't want anything to increase the chance of failure (which is already high), which is why it isn't recommended but perfectly possible.
