Quick question if I may.

Hi all,
I have just bought a Samsung 830 SSD for my main OS drive.
Can I leave my previous hard drive as it is (i.e. with Windows and all my programs and data) and be able to access everything ?
I just want the computer to boot into the new SSD drive by default and ignore Windows on the second drive?

I hope I am getting my question across !

yes,just do a clean windows install onto your ssd,unplug your hdd first though,after its installed plug your hdd back in and set first boot device as your ssd

and also set the sata2/3 ports to ahci mode in bios before you install windows
