Quick question on RAID

I have 2 X 36 GB 8MB cache raptors in RAID 0 on a P5N-E SLi mobo.
There are a few 16MB drives second hand on a well known auction site that I'm looking at, though by the sounds of it I might as well just keep looking for a 8MB version.
Not bothered about loosing data as it's only used for my OS and programs, reinstall wouln't take me long.
