Do I have to fill out section 4? It's late at night and I can't think, the first box is looking appealing though.
I bought the car a while back but the guy didn't have a complete V5C so i'm filling out this V62. I have the New Keeper supplement which i'll send off to DVLA so I don't have to pay the £19 charge.
