Quick question - System temp

I have overclocked my i5 to a base clock of 160, everthing else is stock, turbo boost still on. I think I have seen circa 3.8 ghz on CPU-Z at one stage.

EasyTune 5, and SpeedFan are are reporting a system temp of 41c. Can someone confirm if this is case air temp, or the motherboard chipset, also is this high. All other temps are low.

i take it you have a gigabyte mobo? speed fans system temp is measured from the mobo but it will depend on what sensors your mobo has as to what speedfan will call its system temp, id suggest getting real temp, i find it to be more accurate.
