Which one do you guys prefer, I'm more leaning on the colour one this time round (usually I'm a sucker for BW and there is no choice between colour/bw but this one just has me choosing :S lol

I shot a friends sister's Prom today with a couple of her friends which are in turn my sisters friends too..small world ^_^ will post finished gallery soon :)
 
The fact they're on your computer background makes it a bit off-putting to judge...I think the black and white one if you can bring out a bit more detail in the dress.
 
Has to be the colour, there's far more detail in the dress. The dress in the mono photo looks overexposed.
 
Hmm I can see detail on both versions (gamma calibrated though) - I guess it's really hard to choose as it depends on the brightness of the screen being used :S

I'll experiment some more but will most likely stick with the colour one cheers!
 
Easily black n white. Although by doing so hints a bride. If you were to go for the black and white I would slightly burn into the dress for deeper details.

After a rethink. I prefer color when it comes to the subjects dress. color in your background is deeply offputting
