Gigabyte GA_965P_S3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

and

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ST3250620AS SATA-II 16MB Cache

Both work together? The HDD says SATA-II, and I'm not sure if that means it needs a funky new motherboard for that.

Last question now, because I don't want to clutter the board up :)

In my current system I have an Enermax Noisetaker 485w, would it be safe to use that in a new system? (so I don't have to buy a new PSU for example)

Yeah should be fine, if the PSU has a 20 pin mobo connector its ideal to buy a convertor, not sure if ocuk do one, but they are available for a few quid.

Unless you plan to go SLI, Crossfire or run loads of hdd's and a super graphics card.

Might be an idea to list what else is going in as said above.
