A friend asked me a question tonight, that I did not know the answer too, he's looking to build himself a crossfire ready system, but is unsure on something.

That's the card he intends to buy, but, he's unsure on whether it will run crossfire on this board;

The graphics card says it runs PCI-E 2.0, but doesn't say (x16) so I'm unsure on whether it will crossfire on that mobo.

I myself am new to crossfire aswell as SLI and don't know anything about either, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

If you want a full 2 x 16x pci 2.0 mobo, you need to look a the X38 & x48 chipset mobos, or the new x58.

The P35 and P45 chipsets are cheaper and good, but will only do 2 x 8x in crossfire.
