Hi the temps look fine, Id be more tempted to believe coretemp but it doesnt really matter, theyre probably just using different sensors to read the temp

Another question guys and I wont start a new topic as its that small and daft.
When I start my computer I get a random beep just as the gigabyte splash screen shows (its a p55-ud3r MB), this started happening after I had to reset the BIOS settings the other day, as I said its nothing major again just wondering if its something to sort.
Cheers.

Yeh had a feeling it was ok, just hadnt happened until I restored settings in BIOS, im a complete worry ass sometimes :/.

ye i used to get that on my old setup, didnt blow up or anything so its fine.

the temps are fine mine sits at around 35-40 on core temp with no load but... my room could be colder more airflow ect ect

have you tried her under load with prime 95 mine all sit around the 60 mark on full load going to stress test over night and see how she is in the morning

from what i have read the cores should not go over 70

not going to overclock on a stock cooler but will change that out for a after market when money allows
