Ive currently got a XFX4890 which is supposed to be running DX10, to cut a long story short I just had a quick look in dxdiag application and it says im running DX11, how is this possible, isnt the 4000 series of cards only DX10?
Any advice would be great, as I love learning new stuff.;)

I'm guessing that you technically have DX11 installed - as Microsft added it to Vista a while back. However, you can't do any of the fancy DX11 stuff with your card, it should effectively default to DX10.
