Dear god, wait 3 days for a broken leg? And I thought NL healthcare was rubbish because I had to wait 3 hours for my broken arm !

After that he is just sharing an experience.

And if what people say on here is wrong then he ends up waiting too long, thus resulting in potential permanent damage - exactly the kind of reason the rule is in existance.
