Quick questions about clocking a Q6700

Morning Gents - I have a Q6700 running at stock; if I want to overclock it can I just up the multiplier (as its an extreme chip - I know stupid waste of money); and if so will I have to change any voltages.

Is this the best way of overclocking it; or should I go down the path of uping FSB etc.

Im running 4Gig of Geil PC2-6400 at 400Mhz
