Quick questions on order process

I though I had placed an ordeer earlier, but have not received an email and it does not show in my oustanding orders. Everything that was in my basket is still there.

Does this likely mean that something did not go right?

I was in a rush when doing it, so might have missed any messages at end.

If you haven't received any confirmation, I'm guessing that it didn't process properly no.

If the basket is still full and you have had no confirmation then it hasn't gone through.

I realised my mistake. In my rush, I didn't do the last page which confirms password for card. Oh well, done now.

Just check your order status ater placing your order. It will tell you whereabouts it is in the system if you pressed the right confirmation buttons!!!....lol

Comment wasn't meant to taken personally so i apologise if any offence was taken.. I had a problem with an order myself today but it was straight to the phone.
