Quick Resolution Question.

Hey guys,

I’ve just ordered a Samsung 226BW which I’ve just noticed has a native resolution of 1680*1050.

I’ve checked and my 6600GT doesn’t support this widescreen resolution

Isn’t there something the monitor does though to use regular resolutions, or am I going to have to get a new Gfx card quick

I was hoping to avoid doing a full system upgrade till later in the year…

The nvidia software will let you pick the resolution once its been plugged in and detected/installed by windows, its normal for it to do this
