Quick RMA Process Question

Yes i should use the Webnote system but need this clarified before i do. I have returned (under RMA) a Mobo as it was DOA. The RMA status says 'Returned To Customer', does this mean they dont think it is faulty or that it has been fixed/replaced. Also, this morning it said 'Not booked in' but last night it said 'Being tested'.

*Just noticed when going through the terms and conditions that if it wasnt faulty (and it so obviously was) that i would have been notified by email, just a little confused as it doesnt say 'Replaced'.
