Quick sata-II question

ok just need to know can sata-II hds work on sata 1 connections?

yes from past experience. it will just run to that same speed as sata 1.

Yes a SATA300 HDD works on SATA150 Controlers, there aint a SATA 1 or 2 HDD

At worst you'll have to add a jumper to tell the drive to run at 150 but most now seem to work without it.
