quick sata2 HD question on my motherboard

i'm a bit confused at to whether this sata-II hard drive is compatible with my motherboard (a foxconn nforce ultra4).
the hard drive is this one:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 NCQ 250GB ST3250624AS SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (HD-058-SE)
and the MB when i got it said that it supports sata-II - here's the web page for it:

but i'm still not sure - are sata-I and sata-II the same cables?
i'm assuming it will be ok - there are actually no sata-I seagate hard drives on sale - i just want to make sure.
