Can a Ultra 320 15,000rpm drive be used to replace a ultra 160 scsi drive in a Raid Array?

Just make sure it's the same/larger capacity or you'll have to resize the whole array (can be a pain when drives differ is size by a few bytes  )

Had that already on this server, it has two RAID arrays, one for OS and one for data, the data one had a failing disk, a 36GB scsi, so I ordered one, it came in 1MB too small and the RAID array wouldn't take it obviously :( took me ages to figure out why :-p
the OS array is on Ultra 160 with 9GB disks (old server running Unix :( ) and has a failing disk.... Only another six months of this pos server
