regarding mortgages.
typically how much would i be looking at?
a mortgage of £37000(to get 25% share in it) with interest of 7.4% would mean i pay about £280 over 25 years and the sharesave thing i think would be £300 rental?
is that right?

Council Tax £110
Water £15
Electricity & Gas £100
Car Ins and fuel £80
Food £200
Total = £1085.
is that anywhere near a good estimate?
I earn only roughly that amount and it i eat i'm skint!
