Hi all,

Just putting together a new mid-range system for my brother. I'm a bit rusty so would appreciate if someone could cast an eye over this and see if I've made any glaring errors. This is pretty much max budget.

I'd change that PSU for XFX, Seasonic, Antec, Corsair or BeQuiet! There is no point rushing in to a purchase because other items are out of stock, especially the PSU. If it's not a well built PSU, you'll take all the components with you if it goes BANG!

Otherwise, looks great!
 
Try and get a bit more and you could get something like this:

Ah, nicely done. hadn't thought to look in B grade. Is that RAM considered OK?
 
TeamGroup is a good make. It's low profile aswell, compared to the Kingston, which means that in the future it'll be easier to install heatsinks if you want to do so.
