Quick Steam Question

Hi,

I haven't used steam for a couple of years, during which time I've formatted my drive. I've reinstalled today and logged into my account and there are no games listed in my library. So, I thought I'd re-add the ones I had previously, starting with the orange box, but when I enter the serial number, it's saying that it's already been activated by an existing steam account (which I presume is mine).

Anyone know what the deal with this is? Have I lost all my games? Does it not remember that I activated this from before?

Yep, it's got a 0 by it so it's listing nothing.

Then you are logged into the wrong account, not your old one.
Maybe you created a new one, rather than relogging to your old one?

Seem's like the only explanation, but if your confident that this is the correct account then contact customer support.

Its got to be the wrong account, double check its the same account, not a new one or maybe an old one you created but did not have any games activated on it? Have you ever made more than 1 steam account?

If youre 100% sure its the same account then only steam customer support can help.

Hmm, really not sure if I've ever made 2 accounts but I guess that must be the only explanation. I'll try contacting customer support though as I've no idea of the login details.
