Quick upgrade question

I'm planning on a big upgrade on my computer within the next few weeks, new processor, mobo, ram, psu and case. Going to retain my gpu and harddrive.

My question is after I upgrade the exisiting parts and use my old harddrive can I still use Windows 7 with the new parts or do I need to do a fresh install?

New motherboard generally means fresh install.

Is it just a standard hard drive or a RAID 0 setup? If it's just a normal single hard drive, then it should work fine.

Personally I would do a fresh install.
