Quick Vita Question

Can someone tell me if the following games are available on PSN and how much they are as it's geting difficult to find brand new boxed versions of these games as i'm thinking of buying a Vita now they;ve come down in price:-

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1
Street Fighter x Tekken
Ultimate Marvel v Capcom 3

Also How much disk space they take up if possible.

Street Fighter x Tekken is currently on PS+, I think, so should also be purchasable....I think it came in at around the 2GB mark

No problem :) it might be worth picking up the boxed versions from Amazon if you can do with them not all being on the same card as they're a fair sight cheaper there (Ninja Gaiden is almost half the price for a new copy, for instance).
